Balance
Due on arrival. Payment accepted—Visa, Mastercard and Canadian /USD Dollars Only. Sorry personal cheques, debit cards, charge cards or interac are not accepted.

Cancellation,
14 days or less prior to arrival — 1 nights’ stay or 50% of stay booked, whichever is greater. 24 hours or less / No show— 100% of stay booked. Cancellation must be provided in writing— email, fax or mail.

Children
Up to 2 children sharing with 2 adults can be accommodated in the Hummingbird Suite only using a double sofa bed.
0-2yrs : Free of Charge
3-11yrs : CAD$30 per child per night
12yrs + : Adult rates apply
As we have a pond and stream within our grounds and are close to the ocean, we would ask that children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

3rd and 4th Adult Sharing
Up to 2 extra adults can be accommodated in the Hummingbird Suite only using a double sofa bed.
3rd & 4th Adult Sharing: CAD$40 per person per night

Pets
Please contact us to request a pet stay for which a charge may apply. We have ‘Cloud’ our resident blue merle Border Collie and of course our own chickens, providing fresh eggs every morning. None of whom are allowed in the guest suites!

Smoking
Outside only. Please note particularly in the summer the island becomes very dry and we would ask guests to be extremely careful with cigarettes and open flames.

Taxes
Up to 30 June 2010 5% GST. From 01 July 2010 12% HST is additional to all rates quoted.
